ForeWord introduces a supplement series on book publishing concerns in specific category genres that do the best possible job in providing perspective and information to the librarians and booksellers who are our primary readers and market for our advertisers. The articles are designed to be survey and trend pieces that would be useful over a period of time without attempting to provide extended reviews. We rely on our editor's and issue consultant's day-to-day shirtsleeve involvement in the genre, drawing on their expertise to flesh out and focus the content of each piece, referencing titles out of the general pool that they are already familiar with and from sources they know.
